In accordance with § 13-4 in the Public Procurement Regulations, Jevnaker kommune intends to enter into a contract with Moving Mamas AS on sustainable work inclusion for immigrant women and others who fall outside the general labour market. The cooperation with Moving Mamas will be a part of the municipality ́s commitment to collaboration and innovation in service development. Moving Mamas operates in accordance with a teaching part, as well as a practical part that consists of production, sales and service. These parts run parallel. Through employment with Moving Mamas, participants are trained in different systems and development within basic skills in Norwegian working life, social related themes and women's health. Through shop operations, they get a practical approach to learning in the form of stitching training and customer management through the sale of in-store products/internet shop. Parallel work is being carried out on external work connection and a transition to paid work.
