ENSSURE is envisioned to increase the employability of Nepalese youth through company-based trainings such as apprenticeships and further training of workers, combined with off-the-job systematic courses. This initiative will ultimately help Nepalese workers particularly from disadvantaged groups to benefit from continuous employment and an improved standard of living.2. The outcomes are expected to address three levels: the level of the rights holders (workers), the level of the responsibility bearers (partner companies) and the level of the duty bearers (system level). The related outputs are as follows:Output 1.1: Young women and men have access to career guidance servicesOutput 1.2: Job seekers have access to skills trainings such as apprenticeships and short coursesOutput 1.3: Workers have access to trainings at different levels to complement, upgrade or specialize their skillsOutcome 2: Partner companies have established a favourable work environmentOutput 2.1: Partner companies have prepared and implemented Human Resource plans for the development of their workforce.Output 2.2: Partner companies are enabled to improve the occupational health and safety of workersOutcome 3: TVET system is expanded and more inclusive of the private sectorOutput 3.1: CTEVT in collaboration with the private sector has designed and implemented industry-based coursesOutput 3.2: TVET providers from the public and private sector have enhanced their capacity to implement new approaches such as apprenticeship and further training of workersOutput 3.3: TVET training providers, partner companies and industry associations have established effective collaboration at national and local/federal level.
