An open tender contests regarding a new bus service contract in Grenland with accompanying municipalities.— Start of the bus service 28.6.2016.— The contract period is 7 years, with option for a prolongation of 2 years.— The contract award criterion is lowest price.— The Grenland bus route area includes driving approx. 4,5 route km with approx. 90-95 buses.— Euro VI requirements for new buses.— For a minimum of 50 % of the route km, biogas buses shall be used.— The service provider has the income and market responsibility for the bus route service.— The ticket income goes to the service provider.— An incentive for the service provider to achieve increased passengers, with a bonus for increasing the number of passengers.— The service provider shall on own account, based on the system found most suitable and competitive, establish or enter into agreements with sub-providers regarding office premises, workshops and maintenance facilities, bus wash facilities, parking areas for the buses, fuel deliveries and associated services, as well as other necessary operation factors.See also the attached documents, that together with this tender notice constitute the contest's tender documents.
