Portsmouth City Council is seeking suitably qualified and experienced providers to tender for inclusion on a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of temporary accommodation in and around the Portsmouth area. Accommodation is procured in order to meet statutory duties to provide emergency accommodation to the Council's customers who are facing a crisis homeless situation.The DPS is required to be operational by August 2015 for the provision of temporary accommodation from August 2015 to July 2019. The deadline for submission of requests for clarification is 15.6.2015 at 16:00 and the deadline for submission of tenders is 30.6.2015 at 14:00.After the deadline, interested providers may apply to be included onto the DPS by uploading tenders for evaluation at any time throughout the duration of the dynamic purchasing system.
