The notification is not a contract notice or a call for tenders or an invitation to a negotiated procedure or a preliminary notice to reduce the time period for tenders.The intent of the upcoming procurement is to tender Liikenteenohjausyhtiö Fintraffic Oy’s operational insurances. These include the following lines of insurances:- General and Product Liability Insurance- Director’s and officer’s liability insurance- Crime Insurance- Property and Business Interruption InsuranceThe procurement will be divided into 4 lots. The purpose of this request is to get information about the potential obsticles that might arise during the tender excercise. The aim is to allow potential insurers to review the insurance material in advance in order to provide comments about limits, wordings and deductibles they are able to quote. A secondary purpose is to familiarize the insurance market with Fintraffic and it’s operations. This notification and/or answering to it do not create any obligations for the contracting authority or for those who choose to answer to it. The contracting authority does not pay any compensation for taking part to this RFI. The information provided by the contracting authority is preliminary and it is subject to change. Taking or not taking part in the RFI does not change the standing or status of a company in the procurement process.The public RFI material written by the contracting authority will be available to anyone interested in it. MARKET DIALOGUE We kindly ask you to register for the market consultation by sending an e-mail to vakuutusmeklari@howdenfinland.fi no later than December 15th 2023 at 12.00 CET. Please state the subject as "HF174924 Operational insurances - MARKET DIALOGUE", along with the name of your organization and a return address to which we can send some materials. Interested tenderers are given the opportunity to comment on the draft material in writing. Answers in writing are kindly asked to be given either in Finnish or in English by December 20th in 2023 via e-mail to vakuutusmeklari@howdenfinland.fi with the subject “HF174924 MARKET DIALOGUE – insurer comments“. The contracting authority reserves the right to meet potential suppliers via Teams on week 51.
