The Contracting Authority will enter into agreement with a tenderer for the purchase of 2 (two) new mini buses and 1 (one) nine seat passenger vehicle with service and maintenance agreements.The vehicles will mainly be utilise to transport disabled adults who are to be collected from their sheltered accommodation or institution and transported to activities suitable for the user group. This means that the tenderer sets requirements that the laws and regulations for vehicles and equipment are designed for this type of transport are satisfied.The Buyer is an institution and can therefore have the minibuses reclassified to passenger vehicles and as a result of this can have the non-recurring tax refunded cf. regulation 29.5.1990, Regulations about changing of motor vehicle tax-related status. 2 of the vehicles, respectively minibus 1 and minibus 2 must satisfy the requirements in the regulation.Tenderer shall offer service and maintenance agreements for the vehicles. Service and maintenance work shall be carried out in Trondheim.Tenderer shall attach a list of the specifications for the offered vehicle in their offer.Estimated value of the entire contract, including both sub tenders is 2 000 000 NOK excluding VAT.Please refer to Annex 1 Requirement specification and awarding criteria.
