Stavanger municipality would like feedback from the market on climate and environment related questions to the coming procurement of network equipment. The questions we would like to be answered are the following: 1. The contracting authority would like to have a minimum requirement for a percentage of refurbished components that the tenderer shall offer. The contracting authority would like feedback on how hig the percentage of the contracting equipment the authority can set this minimum requirement? This must be seen in light of new requirements from the government which will take effect from 01.01.2024. 2. The contracting authority would also like input on how the tenderer can document that the requirement is met. 3. The contracting authority would like to know how all used components are returned to the supplier in order to be recycled/reused by re-use of some raw material from the component and or a defective component being reusable/refurbished? The deadline for responding is set to the end of the working day 17 November 2023.
