EMEPRL is considering engaging an Independent Verification Body (IVB) service to EMEPRL to support its obligation to prepare and submit a Major Hazard Report (MHR), per applicable Romanian Law transposing Offshore Safety Directives and is seeking the assistance of experienced, responsible and knowledgeable firms in the supplier market to help it form and prepare a public tender to potentially engage a professional services firm to assist Contracting Entity to complete the MHR. Suitably experienced economic operators are invited to participate in the Market Consultation, which will help prepare procurement and shape and inform / ground the decisions moving forward with the strategy for execution of the Neptun Deep Project. Please be advised that ExxonMobil Exploration and Production Romania Limited Nassau (Bahamas) Sucursala Bucuresti ("EMEPRL”) is conducting this Market Consultation as the operator of the Neptun Deep Project. This inquiry, as well as other similar inquiries, are a part of EMEPRL's preparatory activities necessary to evaluate the technical and economic conditions for the project. No decision has yet been made to move forward with the Neptun Deep Project, and a wide range of issues will influence such decision to invest. Therefore, EMEPRL will not necessarily conclude any contracts as a result of this inquiry.
