Sarpborg municipality (SK) intends to enter into an agreement for Kirkens Bymisjon (KB) partnership project. Concretely, it is for the development of community work in the framework of a "Neighbourhood House". SK would like to enter into an agreement with KB based on their competence and experience for collaboration projects and the concept 'Neighbourhood House'. KB is a non-profit organisation that, since 2020, has focused on developing its competence in collaboration as a work method by realising projects in the health and social field. As of December 2023 KB has seven ongoing collaboration projects with partners from municipalities, districts, nonprofit and commercial sector. For SK, a potential collaboration project with KB will give the municipality a unique opportunity to develop their thinking and practice of collaboration as a method, as well as provide access to KB's experiences in the development of neighbourhood work and the concept "Neighbourhood House". The commitment shall strengthen the municipality ́s work across sectors and that together with the inhabitants we achieve common aims. When the final concept/initiative is decided and anchored at SK and KB, the intention is that the parties sign a cooperation agreement that, among other things, clarifies what the parties believe with collaboration, what the aim is with the initiative, the responsibilities and how the parties shall safeguard equality in organisation, management and execution. The intention is for the parties to sign the cooperation agreement by 01.04.24 and that the contract will be valid for 3-5 years.Tenderers who have objected to this intention notice must submit these within ten days of the date of this notice.
