Bergen, Bodø, Bærum, Kristiansand and Stavanger municipalities invite tenderers to dialogue. The municipalities shall procure and develop the future EPJ systems. The future EPJ solutions shall contribute to reaching the goal picture in the management document for the "Joint Municipal Journal Lift", and it will be based on the Boen declaration. The municipalities are based on joint frameworks and recommendations for the procurement of journal systems in the municipalities, developed by KS in cooperation with the municipalities. These form the basis of the procurement and are expected to be safeguarded by the tenderer. The municipalities would like written feedback on questions, see annex by 15 December. After the deadline for feedback has expired, the municipalities would like to invite suppliers to "one-to-one" meetings. These meetings will be held in January 2024, either on Teams or in other suitable premises. Further information on the meetings will be announced to suppliers in the beginning of January 2024.
