Lillestrøm municipality needs a free-standing, cloud-based archive core system to take care of important documentation. Several trade systems do not currently have a digital archive core system, and it is important for both the preservation and reuse of documentation that, to the greatest possible degree, preserves and makes archive material digital. The intention of the procurement is to get a free-standing system that can be connected to relevant trade systems by using standard integrations. We look for a system with final NOARK5 certification in accordance with the municipality ́s documentation policy and the current statutory requirements. We would like to use the existing standard integrations, such as Geo-integration and KS-Fix archive.The procurement shall ensure a free-standing, cloud based archive core system for the entire municipality. The municipality uses a case/archive system with its own archive core, but for a number of other trade systems there is a need for certified digital preservation of documentation in the archive core in accordance with NOARK5. Can archiving from internal interaction systems within the Office 365 portfolio also be relevant? Some concrete examples of relevant trade systems as of now are Tieto Healthcare Gerica, Tieto Healthcare Socio, Vitec HK Data, Modulus children, as well as migrated historical building application bases.The municipality intends to enter into a combined SSA-L contract with Documaster AS.
