The procurement is for a framework agreement for inspections, maintenance and repairs of sprinkler installations for existing properties. The contract also includes new buildings that are procured during the contract period, which are managed by Stavanger municipality. There are two sub-contracts in this procurement. A contract shall be signed with two tenderers in each sub-contract, provided that tenderers are sufficient. The distribution key between the winning tenders will be based on zone division of the relevant buildings that shall be inspected/maintained. The same tenderer cannot be awarded the same zone on both lots, as it shall be independence between the tenderers who shall carry out the control and the suppliers who shall carry out maintenance/improvements and service. The contract is therefore subject to changes in set call-off distribution if the same tenderer is awarded a contract for both lots. Complete tenders must be submitted for each sub-contract, as the tenders for each sub-contract will be evaluated separately.
