Public Law and Corporate Governance.It is anticipated that the Framework Period will commence in August/September 2015 and will be put in place for an initial term of 3 years with the option to extend beyond that initial terms for up to an additional 1 year. The extension will be at the discretion of Wakefield Council.The concluded framework agreement will be open for use by the following Contracting Authorities; the Council of the Borough of Kirklees, Bradford Metropolitan District Council, the Borough Council of Calderdale, Leeds City Council, York City Council and the West Yorkshire Combined Authority (Contracting Authorities), in addition to the Council of the City of Wakefield.The tender documents will be available for suppliers to download from 26.5.2015 from the YORTender system.
