The contracting authority would like, via this procurement, to enter into a contract with a tenderer for a new school and nursery administrative system for eKommune Sunnmøre, which consists of eight municipalities. The system shall, amongst other things, see to the administrative functions for nurseries, before and after school care and schools.The contracting authority for this competition is: Ålesund municipality, on behalf of eKommune Sunnmøre. eKommune Sunnmøre is an ICT collaboration project organised in accordance with the Municipality Act's §27. eKommune Sunnmøre is established with a separate board, represented by the chief officers in the participating municipalities, Ålesund, Giske, Sula, Haram, Skodje, Ørskog, Norddal and Sandøy. The purpose of eKommune Sunnmøre is — to meet joint ICT challenges for the participants through the procurement, implementation and operation of joint systems that see to the municipalities' ICT needs, fulfil the authorities'requirements and give residents access to 24 hour municipal services.The contracting authority would like, via this procurement, to enter into a contract with a tenderer for a new school and nursery administrative system for eKommune Sunnmøre, which consists of 8 municipalities. The system shall, amongst other things, see to the administrative functions for nurseries, before and after school care and schools. Furthermore, the aim of the procurement is to: 1) To get optimised, coordinated and simplified operations.2) Efficiency, through the use of the most modern systems that are available, simplified user dialogue, more rational use of basic data and better coordination and resource management, both internally and with external actors for integrations, register extractions and reporting.3) Better fulfilment of legal requirements, better internal control and increased intermunicipal coordination within the education sector.
