Newport City Homes is procuring a framework of suitably experienced and qualified contractors to support the delivery of maintenance services by the in-house Property Services Team. The work issued is likely to be of low value as the framework will be utilised either when the in-house Team cannot deliver the required works, or, the volume of work received by the in-house Team exceeds the resources available.
