The contract shall be for 3 years with an option for an extension of 2 plus 2 years.Austevoll municipality's aim with the procurement is to get a system manager for ICT operations for the following conditions, amongst other things:— Operation of existing applications/services in the application catalogue.— Set up and operation of new or changed applications/services.— Application management in cooperation with the system owners, including user forum and reference environment.— Routines and software for data integrity and security.— Phasing out irrelevant applications including reusing stored data.— Internal and external data communication, access to the internet.— Data storage and databases in accordance with the data security/personal protection requirements.— Central infrastructure and network componenets, operation of servers (including the accompanying licences).— Participation in a project with technical ICT operational competence.— Actively contributing to testing and making operations more efficient, as well as contributing to fulfilling the requirements for digitalising the municipality.— Interaction between various ICT systems in the municipality.— Service desk/user support.
