Politiets fellestjenester (PFT) shall enter into a contract for engineering design management and engineering services within construction professions for the police reform. The competence requirement will be at civil engineer, engineer and architect levels. The aim of the procurement is to provide PFT with competence and capacity for work directly connected with the alteration and adaptation of the police's operation centres with the accompanying technical rooms and facilities. The work is expected to be carried out as a part of a new geographical organisation of the police.The work will include services such as:— Engineering design services;— Security assessments;— Preparing the decision basis for procurements;— Project descriptions;— Specifications;— Assistance with preparing the tender documentation and contracting.Parts of the assignment could be upgraded to Confidential in accordance with the Security Act. Work on systems, premises, and tools, which has special requirements due to its security grading, is to be carried out in the contracting authority's premises.
