Provision of an all encompassing prosthetics and orthotics managed service whereby the Supplier provides overall service management, prosthetists, management of Authority employed orthotists, and the fabrication of all componentry at the Authorities sites located in Stanmore and London.Tendering Organisations are advised that the Authority intends to adhere to the following provisional schedule:— Receive PQQ Responses = 8.7.2015;— Issue ITT to Shortlist = 16.7.2015;— Mid Tender Meetings = 23-24.7.2015;— Supplier Site Tours = 23-24.7.2015;— Supplier Presentations to Authority = 30-31.7.2015;— Authority Tours of Supplier Sites = 3-7.8.2015;— Submit Tenders to Authority = 7.9.2015.Suppliers shall provisionally reserve the dates above for the scheduling of the mid tender meetings, supplier presentations and tours of the supplier sites pending identification of ITT shortlist.
