The Brønnøysund Register shall enter into a framework agreement which includes a service agreement, electro installation services and materials related to these assignments. The services shall be provided in all premises located in Brønnøysund and rented by the Brønnøysund Register Centre.The framework agreement period is two years from 1.1.2016. Unilateral option for the Brønnøysund Register Centre to prolong the agreement with up to one + one + one + one year.The options will be automatically triggered unless there is distinct notification of termination of the agreement, at the latest one month prior to the option period taking effect.At present the Brønnøysund Register Centre rents approx. 13,500 m2 in Brønnøysund.
