Innovasjon Norge is focussing on service oriented architecture (SOA) to gather integration of the company's various systems under a joint platform and to satisfy current and future needs for digitalisation.The framework agreement is divided into to areas of expertise:Part I: Expertise in operation and management of the integration platform.Part II: Development of the Integration platform.Innovasjon Norge wants to enter into framework agreement with one tenderer for each part. The tenderers can deliver tender offers on part I and/or part II. This is not an obstacle to that one and the same tenderer can be awarded agreements for both part I and for part II provided that the tenderer has delivered the best offers for both areas of expertise.Innovasjon Norge is financed through public appropriation. Appropriations are important pre-requisites to be able to carry out necessary activities, and are therefore also pre-requisites for the implementation of this assignment.Subject to budgetary changes and the company's priorities. In particular situations, the Contracting Authority can use a different tenderer.
