The county has an area of 25 192 km², and a population of approx. 187 000.Oppland fylkeskommune (OFK) would like to hereby invited you to provide a tender offer on delivery of goods and/or services in connection to this document and notice on Doffin.Parallel framework agreements shall be entered into with a minimum of 3 suppliers. Call-offs will occur by mini contests between the contracting parties.The duration of the agreement is set to be valid until the end of 2016.
