The systems change component of the Future Finance Project refers to much more than replacing the core finance system. This procurement forms part of the wider FF project. Finance outputs are delivered from a range of finance systems that talk to each other. Over the years these have developed incrementally and without over-arching design. As a result they are used inefficiently and inappropriately.
