This tender is submitted on behalf of the Edinburgh Cancer Centre, Western General Hospital for the procurement of I-125 seeds and consumables used in the treatment of prostate cancer using LDR Brachytherapy.Edinburgh Cancer Centre Oncology department provides a LDR Brachytherapy service comprising of approximately 60 LDR Monotherapy Brachytherapy procedures per year, the LDR Prostate Brachytherapy is performed in a one step procedure.
