The contracting authority wants to buy “CONSULTING SERVICES ON BEAM POSITION MONITOR SIMULATION ” in accordance with the conditions and requirements of the attached Technical specification and in accordance with the contractual clauses of the attached contract form. By accepting the purchase it is considered that the requirements and conditions of the Technical specification and the contract form are accepted. The purchase will be completed when a services contract is signed. Thus, after accepting the offer in SEAP, the Contracting Authority shall send the economic operator, by email, an invitation with the details for signing the contract. The Contract shall become effective when both Parties have signed it and shall be valid until the Parties’ obligations have been entirely and properly fulfilled. The results of these simulations will be used to support the design of the BPM for VEGA LINAC and will be presented to the Contracting Authority - Cavity BPM feasibility design and usage with the VEGA LINAC considering the mechanical constraints in Fig 1 in the attached Annex 1.
