to include engineering, procurement, manufacturing, delivery, installation, and commissioning to fully operational units and
include all necessary internal equipment, instrumentation, and spare and wear parts. The Conditions of Contract will be “Yellow
FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design-build adapted to Ørsted, Bioenergy standards”. Main components in the Works
are: •Direct heat exchanger(s). Process waste heat is transferred to district heat (return tem-perature 50°C). Estimated heat
transfer of 12 MW. • Heat pump unit(s). Shall increase district heat temperature to 90-105°C using process waste heat (45-55°C).
Estimated total heat supply of 60 MW. • All required auxiliary systems for the main components. • Internal piping between
components and towards terminal points including valves, pumps, etc. • Transformers, switchgears, frequency converters. Main
electrical supply at 10 kV. • Electrical wiring and instrumentation. • Local control system • Spare and wear parts (first
24 months of operation)
