The municipality has, as a public body pursuant to § 6 in the archive law, an obligation to have archives. The archives shall be arranged and arranged so that they are available as sources of information for both time and time. We would like an archive system for health and welfare in Nittedal municipality that is integrated with the municipality ́s EPJ/trade system. This is currently Gerica. The municipality uses P360 as its archiving and case processing system, but is not currently used for archiving patient records. The archive system must have the possibility for integration with electronic patient journal (EPJ).The system shall be approved in accordance with the NOARK 5 standard, and the interface for integration shall as far as possible be based on the current national standards and guidelines published by KS and other central actors. The municipality would like replies from tenderers who offer a system that meets the requests in the above description, sent by email: tildelingsenheten@nittedal.kommune.no. Tenderers are asked to enclose:1.
