The municipalities of Dovre, Lesja, Lom, Sel, Skjåk, and Vågå intend to enter into a framework agreement for the
purchase of new cars for use in the municipalities. The drivetrain is mainly electricity, but may also include hybrid,
petrol, and diesel. This is in accordance with requirements for public car ownership. The municipalities have
partially procured electric cars and an electric drivetrain will be preferred where possible. Fossil drivetrains will
only be procured exceptionally. The supplier must include CO2 emission figures for any fossil vehicles based on the
information in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration’s “Nybilvelger and corresponding emission
figures for relevant alternatives. Sel, Skjåk, Lom, and Vågå participate in the agreement upon contract signing.
Dovre and Lesja have the option to join the agreement. For further information about the content of the procurement,
please refer to Part II Annex 1 Customer’s requirement specification.
