The procurement procedure is a tender procedure with negotiations. The competition will be carried out in two phases. Phase 1 Prequalification Phase 2 Tender phaseIn this competition, all interested tenderers can submit a request for participation in the competition. Only tenderers who are invited by the contracting authority can submit tenders, cf. the procurement regulations § 23-7 (1). Prequalification and selection (Stage 1) All interested tenderers must first apply to be prequalified (stage 1) in order to be part of the competition for delivering teaching vessels to the Contracting Authority (stage 2). There are no selection criteria in the prequalification phase. I.e. all qualified Tenderers are invited to submit tender offers in the competition.
